Angeli, Pczycki, Stanislaw (ca 1769-1844), draughtsman; Vieira, Francisco (1765-1805), painter; angel (allegory); Tyszkiewicz, Konstanty (1806-1868); II Monuments of domestic engraving, painting reproductions, after 1805, Vilnius; graphic; graphic matrix; graphic plate; height 34.2 cm; width 26.8 cm, A rectangular copper plate with clipped corners contains an oval-etched image of two young figures with curly hair facing each other, one looking toward the viewer and the other in profile. The figures wear flowing garments with visible folds and rounded sleeves, and faint indications of wings appear behind them. The etched lines create textured shading across the faces, hair, and clothing, and the plate shows areas of darker and lighter copper patina with subtle greenish and brownish discoloration near the edges. The background inside the oval is mostly smooth with delicate cross-hatched etching, and the outer rim of the plate has a slightly darker, polished border.
