Bookplate of Henryk Lubomirski (1777–1850). Heraldic bookplate showing a Maltese Cross on a paludamentum beneath a ducal mitre with the Szreniawa coat of arms superimposed in an oval. A chain with a smaller Maltese Cross suspended beneath it is woven into the arms of the cross. This bookplate imitates the composition of Hieronim Lubomirski's bookplate made a hundred years earlier. Unlike that earlier plate, it was not a high-quality engraving. Henryk Lubomirski used another mark which, omitting the phrase 'Ex Libris,' could have served as a collector's mark.
