Obverse: bust of Khosroes I facing right; crown with a diadem, crescent with a star on the right, star on the left; short curly beard, hair tied back in a lock; beads on the neck with a central group of three triangular beads and a second long chain; earring of three triangular beads; three crescents outside the rim; incomprehensible sign on the crown like a flag waving left; above the crown outside the rim a sign like a crescent with a globe; Pahlavi inscription. Reverse: burning altar; left of the altar the ruler/Arsaces stands facing forward with a sword in his hand; right of the altar a priest stands facing forward holding a sword; star at top left, crescent at top right; signs/monograms on both sides; pearl rim; Pahlavi inscription.
