Reverse: under a crown, decorated with oak and laurel branches, a five-field coat of arms with the coats of arms of Poland (Orzel), Lithuania (Pogon) and the Poniatowski family coat of arms (Ciolek); below on the sash the Order of the White Eagle; on the sides: '6. - ZL.', around the inscription divided twice: '14 1/12 EX MA, CA PUR: - COLONIENS: 1794.' — pearl border; diagonally fluted edge.
