Reverse: Under a crown, in a wreath entwined with a sash with the motto PRO FIDE - LEGE - ET - GREGE, a round five-field coat of arms with the coats of arms of Poland (Eagle), Lithuania (Pogon) and the Poniatowski coat of arms (Ciolek); below on the sash the Order of the White Eagle, on the sides the letters I. - S., around it a double-divided inscription: X EX MARCA PURA - COLONIEN. 1768. — pearl border; decorative edge. 1768.
