Obverse: Head of Stanislaw August, inscription around the rim: STANISLAUS AUG. D G REX POL. MDL - pearl border. Reverse: Under the crown, in a wreath, a round five-field coat of arms with the coats of arms of Poland (Orzel), Lithuania (Pogon) and the Poniatowski coat of arms (Ciolek), around a wreath with the Order of the White Eagle, on the sides the letters F - S and 8. - GR., in the rim an inscription: XL.
