Obverse: Head of Stanislaw August, inscription around the rim: STANISLAUS AUG. D. G. REX POL. MDL; pearl border. Reverse: Under the crown, in a wreath, a round five-field coat of arms with the coats of arms of Poland (Orzel), Lithuania (Pogon), and the Poniatowski coat of arms (Ciolek); around it a wreath with the Order of the White Eagle; on the sides the letters S. and 8. - GR.; inscription around the rim: XL.
