Oval shield with the Dolega coat of arms and a jewel above a rank crown, supported by two eagles standing on a decorative console. In the rim is the inscription: STANISLAUS DE GLOGOWA KOSSOWSKI SIRADIENSIS CAPITANEUS. 1739, Poland., A textured beige paper with an embossed circular seal showing a central crest flanked by a pair of stylized birds and topped by a small crown and an eagle-like figure, with decorative scrollwork and ornamental shapes within and around the circle; there are a few areas of dark brown ink or stains and some cursive handwriting visible in dark brown across the background.
