In a decorative cartouche the Pilawa coat of arms, behind it rich panoplies, below on ribbons the Order of the White Eagle and another unidentified order. Partially illegible rim inscription: 'FRANCISZEK POTOCKI VOIVODE GENERAL OF THE KIEV LAND COUNTY.' Dated 1770; Poland., A textured, aged paper surface in beige and tan shows an embossed circular seal with ornate heraldic imagery; the seal features a central shield topped by a crown, decorative flourishes around the shield, and radiating elements that resemble banners or plumes, with a few floral or ribbon motifs near the lower portion. Several areas of cursive handwriting in brown ink appear across the paper, mainly near the top and upper sides, and the paper displays creases, wrinkles, and slight discoloration in shades of light brown and cream.
