Seal; dimensions: 57.5 mm and 61.5 mm., A textured beige paper with a circular embossed seal in the center showing a detailed heraldic design including a crown, ornamental fans or plumes, and various decorative shapes; the embossing creates raised and recessed areas casting subtle shadows. There is a small area of dark brown ink handwriting near the top edge and a few tiny brown spots on the paper surface. The visible colors are beige, cream, light brown, and dark brown.
