Dimensions: 42.3 mm and 49.2 mm., A circular embossed seal pressed into textured beige paper showing a central shield with a vertical emblem, topped by a crown and flanked by ornate decorative flourishes and scrollwork; the seal has a raised outer ring with decorative motifs and a few small irregularities in the paper fibers; visible colors include beige, off-white, light tan, and subtle darker brown tones in the background handwriting near the top edge.
