Obverse: bust of the ruler Sylwiusz Fryderyk (Duke of Olesnica; 1651–1697) facing right, with long hair, in armor; rim inscription interrupted by the head: SYLVI.FRIDD.DGDUX.WIRT.TISOLS. Reverse: five-field escutcheon of the Duchy of Württemberg (coats of arms of Württemberg; County of Teck; Battle Banner of the Empire; County of Mömpelgard (Montbéliard) and in the heart field the coat of arms of Silesia), four jewels at the top, date 16 - 75 beside the jewels; vegetation ornaments at the sides and bottom of the shield, letters S - P at the bottom on both sides of the shield; rim inscription at the top interrupted by jewels: CO.MONDO.IH (cross with a heart) EID.STER.SL.ME, 1675.
