Reverse: five-field coat of arms of the Duchy of Ziebice–Olesnica with the Podebrady (Podebradowicz) arms in the heart field; rim inscription at top divided by a shield: 'CO.CLA.SVRVTR.SILES.CAPIT.1612.'
