Obv.: Bust of Sigismund I in a bonnet, crown and armor, turned right, around a laurel wreath and five shields with the coats of arms of Poland, Austria, Prussia, Ruthenia and Lithuania; inscription around: SIGISM.-.P.REX.PO-LONIE M-.D.LITHV-&:15 33. Reverse: Bust of Sigismund Augustus in a bonnet, crown and armor, surrounded by a laurel wreath and five coats of arms: Poland, Sforza, Ruthenia, Prussia and Lithuania; inscription around the rim: SIG:AVG:-:SECVND:- FILIVS:-REX.PO-LON.& C. 1533 (cast made in the beginning of the 19th century).
