Thaler, obverse: male bust in armour facing right in collar and decorative armour girded with a sash, sceptre in right hand, helmet with raised visor and plume in left hand; figure's head divides the inner border. Rim inscription beginning with a cross with plant motifs: GEORG.WILH:D:G:MARCHI:BRAN:SAC:ROM:IMP:ARCHIC:E:EL:D:PRVS. Reverse: under the ducal mitre, a nine-field coat of arms with ornaments; on both sides of the shield letters D - K. Above the mitre, separated date numerals 16 - 36. Rim inscription separated by the mitre and ending with a heart, with stars between words: MONETA.NOWA.ARGENTEA.DVCIS.PRVSSIAE. Date: 1636. Issued for George William Hohenzollern (Elector of Brandenburg; Duke of Prussia; 1620–1640). Duchy: Ducal Prussia (1525–1701), Königsberg. Coin: diameter 44.7 mm, weight 28.57 g, axis 220°.
