Thaler depicting male bust in armor: George William of Hohenzollern (Elector of Brandenburg; Duke of Prussia; 1620–1640) — Obverse: torso facing right in collar and decorative armor, girded with a sash, sceptre in right hand, helmet with raised visor and plume in left hand; rim inscription beginning with a rosette GEORG:WILH:D:G:MARCHI:BRAN:SAC:ROM:IMP:ARCHIC:EL:D.PRVS. Reverse: twenty-four-field coat of arms with ornaments topped with seven jewels; date digits 16 -34 separated by jewels; half-rim inscription ending with a heart +ANFANCK.BEDE, CK.DAS.ENDE, 1634. Ducal Prussia (1525–1701), Königsberg. Coin: diameter 44.7 mm, weight 28.26 g, axis 60°.
