Oval wax seal impression of Prince August Kazimierz Sulkowski (1729–1786). Under the mitre, on an ermine cloak, a five-part shield: 1 and 4 — a double-headed eagle; 2 and 3 — a lion. In the heart field, half an eagle and three stones (2 and 1). Above the helmet in the crown, a jewel. The shield is supported by two lions standing on consoles; below them two orders. The document is a completed form with a wax seal and a signature — a receipt from the Crown Treasury. 1777, Poland., A close-up of a textured beige paper background with a circular red wax seal pressed onto it; the seal shows an embossed, ornate crest with intricate raised details and a slightly cracked, uneven surface, and the paper displays a few darker brownish marks and natural fiber texture around the seal.
