Obverse: Head of Stanislaw August turned right, around the inscription divided at the bottom: STANISLAUS AUGUSTUS DG REX POLON. MD LITUAN. — pearl border. Reverse: Under a crown, in a wreath entwined with a sash with the motto PRO FIDE — LEGE — ET — GREGE, a round five-field coat of arms with the coats of arms of Poland (Orzel), Lithuania (Pogon) and the Poniatowski coat of arms (Ciolek); below on the sash the Order of the White Eagle; on the sides the letters E. — B.; around the inscription divided twice: X EX MARCA PURA — COLONIEN. 1784. — pearl border.
