Obverse: two coats of arms shields; under the mitre a shield with a transverse band; under the bishop's mitre and crosier a four-field shield with the Lower Silesian Eagle and six lilies; above the shields and below plant motifs with crosses; rim inscription +CAROL.ERTZHERZOG.ZVE.OSTERREICH; continuous inner border; diagonal beaded outer border. Reverse: inscription in six lines A1612./KLEINOT/GROSSEN.FREI/SCHISSENS./.NEIS./.19 AVGVST above and below floral motifs, between the words dots and rosettes; diagonal pearl border. 1612.
