Obverse: male bust in armour with a sash, wide ruff and long beard, turned right; rim inscription between pearl borders divided at the top by the ruler's head: 'CAROL.D:G.DVX.MUNST.ET.OLS:CO:GLA.' Reverse: five-field coat of arms of the Duchy of Ziebice-Olesnica, with the Podebradowicz coat of arms in the heart field; above the shield three jewels with labres; rim inscription twice divided by a shield: 'SVP..PER.VT. - SIL.CAPIT.614.'
