In the foreground there is a landscaped garden with a few paths, bushes, and trees, and a small arched structure or pavilion surrounded by foliage. Several small human figures are scattered on the lawn, on the paths, and near the water. On the right side of the water a small boat with a sail and a figure aboard is visible, and a small island or planted area rises from the water with a tall slender tree. The scene includes a backdrop of trees and wooded areas on both sides of the building, and the sky above contains soft cloud formations. The color palette is muted with shades of beige, light tan, soft gray, off-white, and touches of darker gray for shadows and details, along with subtle green-gray tones in the foliage.
