Reverse: PART MAX PONT TR P IIII, trophy with seated bound prisoners beneath it. Iconography: trophy; prisoners at the feet of the trophy. Date: 201. Place of origin: Rome, Roman Empire 27 BC–476. Medium: coin. Diameter: 18.0–19.5 mm. Weight: 3.17 g., A round, worn coin with an uneven edge shown against a white background; the coin is metallic gray with darker and lighter gray areas, and features a central raised design that resembles a vertical pillar or column flanked by two rounded shapes above and two seated figures or shapes below, all rendered in low-relief; a beaded border follows the coin’s rim, and there are small chips and surface scratches visible around the edge.
