Obverse: Head of Septimius Severus with laurel wreath facing right, inscription L SEPT SEV PERT - AVG IMP III. Reverse: Pax personified seated left, holding a twig in his outstretched right hand and a cornucopia horns of plenty in his left, inscription PACI AV - GVSTI. Dated 194. Roman Empire, Rome. Coin: diameter 18.0–19.0 mm, weight 2.50 g, axis 0°., A worn round metallic object with a raised profile of a bearded head in relief, showing textured hair and facial features in side view, with visible surface scratches, patina, and areas of darker tarnish; the object appears primarily silver-gray with spots of darker gray and brownish discoloration along the edges and on the face, set against a plain white background.
