Obv.: male bust in armour in profile right; short hair, long beard with sideburns. In the rim an inscription beginning with a trefoil -ALBER DG MAR BRAN DVX PRVSS; pearl border, plant motifs between the words. Rev.: in the pearl border an inscription in six lines -III-/.GROSS:AR:/.TRIPLEX./.ALBER:DVC./.PRVSSIE./-I544-; the denomination and date are between the trefoil marks. 1544. Ducal Prussia 1525–1701, Königsberg mint. Coin; diameter 21.0 mm, weight 2.50 g, axis 90°., A round metallic coin with a worn silver-gray surface showing a raised profile of a bearded man facing right; the portrait displays textured hair and a long beard with etched lines, and the shoulder area shows part of clothing with layered collars. Around the edge of the coin is a raised rim with a continuous decorative band featuring repeated raised shapes. The coin shows variations in tone from darker gray in recessed areas to lighter silver on raised surfaces, with subtle scratches and signs of wear visible across the face.
