Reverse: six-line inscription in the pearl border: -III-.GROSS:AR:/.TRIPLEX./.ALBER:DVC./.PRVSSIE./-I54Z-; denomination and date between trefoil marks. 1542. Ducal Prussia 1525–1701, Königsberg mint. Coin; diameter 21.3 mm, weight 2.55 g, axis 90°., A round metallic coin with a dark gray and silver patina showing wear and raised edges, featuring a profile portrait of a bearded person in relief facing right, with textured hair and facial features and a visible collar or garment around the neck; the coin surface has engraved decorative ridges and a rim with raised ornamental shapes, and the background around the portrait is slightly recessed.
