Obv. Male bust in armour in profile turned to the right; short hair, long beard with sideburns. In the rim an inscription beginning with a trefoil: -ALBER DG MAR B... DVX PRVSS pearl border, plant motifs between the words. Rev. In the pearl border there is an inscription in six lines: -III-.GROSS:A../.TR...EX/.ALB....VC./.PRVSSIE./-I54Z- The denomination and date are between the trefoil marks. 1542, Ducal Prussia 1525-1701, Königsberg mint, coin; diameter 20.7 mm, weight 2.51 g, axis 90 degrees., A round metallic coin with a worn surface showing a raised profile of a person's head facing right, with visible facial features including a nose, beard, and ear. The coin's edge is irregular and shows raised decorative elements around the perimeter. The surface has many fine scratches and signs of wear. Visible colors include silver, dark gray, and areas of darker tarnish.
