Obverse: male bust in armour in profile turned to the right; short hair, beard with sideburns. Inscription around the rim: *ALBER DG MAR BRAN DVX PRVSS*; continuous border, floral motifs between the words. Reverse: in the continuous border an inscription in six lines: *III/.GROSS:AR:/.TRIPLEX./.ALBER:DVC./.PRVSSIE./*I539* 1539. Ducal Prussia 1525–1701, Königsberg. Coin; diameter 22.4 mm, weight 2.61 g, axis 160°., A round metallic coin with a raised profile of a bearded man's head facing right, surrounded by a raised border and decorative raised lettering around the edge; the coin shows textured engraved hair and beard details, a raised rim, and areas of lighter and darker silver-gray tones with small worn or shiny highlights.
