The page contains several horizontal rows of dense, flowing dark ink script arranged within faint ruled margins, with thicker black strokes forming ornate characters. There are a few small ink smudges and spots on the paper surface and some darker discoloration along the fold lines. The background surrounding the page is deep black, while the manuscript itself shows colors of pale beige, tan, brown, dark brown, and black.
