The original text comes from the 15th century; this object: 19th century, Tibet. Graphics, width 24.6 cm, height 8.0 cm, An open, aged manuscript with two rectangular pages laid flat, each page containing multiple horizontal lines of dark markings set within hand-drawn rectangular borders; the pages show worn, rough edges and rounded corners, with visible creases and small tears. The dominant colors are tan and beige on the paper, dark brown and black for the markings and borders, and a background of deep brown or black behind the manuscript. The surface of the pages displays uneven discoloration, spots, and areas of darker staining, with a few lighter worn patches near the spine and corners.
