Width 25.5 cm, height 8.7 cm., A pair of long rectangular cream-colored pages lie on a dark brown background, one above the other, each containing a centered bordered panel filled with horizontal lines of tightly spaced hand-drawn black script. The pages show slightly uneven edges and faint smudges of black ink near the borders, with a visible thin yellow edging around the outer margins. The upper page has a small vertical column at one end separated by a border line, and both pages display subtle creases and slight discoloration on the cream surface. The overall palette includes cream, black, dark brown, and yellow.
