The original text of the prayer called Dechen Monlam Tib. bde chen smon lam, by master Raga Asja Tib. ra ga a syas, the first tulku of the Karma Chagme Tib. kar ma chags med reincarnation lineage, dates from the 17th century. 19th century, Tibet, graphic, width 25.5 cm, height 8.7 cm, A photograph shows two horizontal rectangular sheets with dense hand-drawn black ink script framed by double-line borders, set against a dark brown background. The sheets are off-white with slightly uneven edges and show a thin yellow border along their outer edges. The inked script appears in rows within each framed rectangle, and there are small decorative marks and variations in ink darkness. The top sheet sits above the lower sheet with a narrow gap between them, and the overall image shows slight smudges and worn spots on the paper and faint shadowing around the rectangles.
