The sheets are off-white with slightly uneven edges and show a thin yellow border along their outer edges. The inked script appears in rows within each framed rectangle, and there are small decorative marks and variations in ink darkness. The top sheet sits above the lower sheet with a narrow gap between them, and the overall image shows slight smudges and worn spots on the paper and faint shadowing around the rectangles.
