Graphic; width 25.5 cm, height 8.7 cm., The image shows two long rectangular cream-colored pages placed one above the other on a dark background, each page bordered by a thin gray rectangular frame and containing horizontal rows of dark gray script-like marks; the top page has a narrow vertical column at its left end separated by a thin line and faint smudges near its left and right edges, while the bottom page shows similar smudging along its right edge and a slightly uneven left margin; both pages display worn yellowed edges and the visible colors are cream, dark gray, black, and yellow.
