The original prayer text by master Raga Asja Tib. ra ga a syas, the first tulku of the Karma Chagme Tib. kar ma chags med reincarnation lineage, dates from the 17th century. 19th century, Tibet, graphic, height 30.5 cm, width 8.6 cm, A horizontal photograph of two aged rectangular sheets with printed dark markings arranged in framed blocks; the sheets are a yellowed beige with darker brown aging along the edges and creases, and the printed markings are dark gray to black. The top sheet shows a rectangular bordered block with several lines of dense dark script-like marks and a narrow decorative column along the left edge, with slight smudging and worn spots near the top left corner and along the horizontal fold. The bottom sheet displays a similar bordered block of script-like marks with an empty framed area beneath, a left-side column with additional marks, and folding and wear along its edges and center crease. The background surrounding the sheets is a deep dark brown, and there are small dark smudges and spots on the paper surfaces and along the central seam where the two sheets meet.
