The sheet contains two framed rectangular blocks, one above the fold and one below, each filled with dense dark gray markings that form repeated linear patterns. The paper shows spots of darker smudging and light stains along the edges and near the fold, and there are faint darker impressions outlining the inner frames. Visible colors are off-white, dark gray, brown, and faint beige.
