Original prayer text by master Raga Asja Tib. ra ga a syas, the first tulku of the Karma Chagme Tib. kar ma chags med reincarnation lineage, dates from the 17th century. 19th century, Tibet, graphic, height 30.5 cm, width 8.6 cm, A rectangular, horizontal double-page spread of aged paper with a pale yellowish-beige background and darker beige edges, set against a dark brown or black border. Each page contains a bordered rectangular block near the center filled with dense dark gray to black handwritten or printed script-like marks; the top and bottom blocks are separated by a horizontal crease where the pages meet. There are smudged and worn areas along the left and right margins showing darker gray mottling, and small dark spots and stains scattered across the paper. The paper shows creases, slight tears, and rounded worn corners with darker discoloration. Overall colors visible include pale yellow-beige, dark gray to black for the script and smudges, and dark brown or black for the surrounding border.
