The original prayer text by master Raga Asja Tib. ra ga a syas, the first tulku of the Karma Chagme Tib. kar ma chags med reincarnation lineage, dates from the 17th century. 19th century object, Tibet. Graphic; height 30.5 cm, width 8.6 cm., A horizontal image of an aged, folded paper sheet with a dark background, showing two rectangular bordered blocks each containing dense lines of handwritten script in dark ink; the paper is a yellowed cream color with darker brown stains and smudges around the edges and along the central fold, where there is a small reinforced area; the ink appears black to dark gray and shows irregular fading and blotches, especially near the outer margins; there are faint rectangular impressions and worn corners, with a few darker smudges at the right edge and left spine area, and overall the piece has an antique, worn texture with creases and slight discoloration.
