Length 57.5 cm., A long dark rod lies horizontally across a smooth gray surface with its reflection visible, attached near one end to a braided beige cord that forms a loop and leads to a tassel of coarse light brown fibers bound by a small beige cap; at the opposite end the rod is fitted into a shallow round cup that is red inside with a thin golden rim and a short red crossbar across its interior.
