Dui-type vessel with a lid, censer, ceremonial/ritual vessel, made of bronze, featuring meander, leiwen, geometric ornament and lion iconography; Chinese, Qing dynasty 1644–1911, possibly 19th century; height 26.5 cm, width 26.5 cm., A rounded metal vessel with a narrow neck and a small opening sits on a reflective surface; the vessel is primarily dark bronze with areas of greenish patina and subtle brownish tones, and it is covered in repeating embossed geometric and circular patterns across its body. A vertical handle-like projection runs down the front, and the vessel rests on a group of ornate tripod legs each shaped with stylized animal faces and curved feet. The neck and shoulder display bands of concentric designs, and the overall finish shows aged metal textures and slight variations in color from dark brown to green.
