Vase on a slightly widening foot with clearly defined shoulders and a short neck; dark brown glaze; decorated with meander, plant and animal ornaments; signed., A single dark gray vase with a high neck and flared rim stands against a light gray background, showing an overall matte surface with slightly lighter worn areas; the body is decorated with raised ornate patterns including geometric bands near the neck, stylized leaf or petal shapes at the shoulder, and a variety of abstract and symmetrical relief motifs along the midsection and lower body; the base flares outward and features repeating decorative elements that echo the shoulder motifs; the vase casts a faint reflection below it on the surface it stands on.
