Engraving; head carved in full plastic. 17th–19th century, China, belt buckle; height 2.2 cm, width 9.0 cm, depth 1.7 cm., A smooth, curved carved object in pale cream and light beige rests on a flat surface, with a rounded base supporting its lower curve; the object has subtle carved swirling patterns along its length and a rounded end that suggests a stylized head shape. The background transitions from light gray near the surface to darker gray toward the top, and there are soft gray shadows beneath and beside the object.
