Scepter head with a bas-relief stylized lizard, shaft with a Taoist emblem of one of the Eight Immortals. Spinach jade. Sculpture, engraving, 18th–19th century, China. Belt buckle. Height 2.7 cm; width 12.0 cm; depth 4.5 cm., A dark green carved object with a rounded teardrop-shaped body and a squared handle, featuring raised curving decorative patterns on its surface; the carving shows a few flowing, spiral-like motifs and some textured areas. The background is a smooth light surface in shades of white and pale gray, and there is a soft shadow beneath the object in muted gray.
