Belt clasp, ruyi auspicious scepter and dragons iconography, Chinese, Qing dynasty 1644–1911, 18th–19th century. White-gray jadeite; relief, engraving, bas-relief. Stem with four-petal rosette, head of the ruyi scepter, clouds. Belt buckle. Height 2.5 cm, width 12.7 cm, depth 2.3 cm., A smooth, elongated carved object lying horizontally on a flat surface, predominantly white with areas of light gray and subtle brownish discoloration; one end features a sculpted animal-like head with rounded protrusions and darker gray shading, while the body displays shallow, swirling carved patterns and slightly darker smudges against the white background, casting a soft shadow on the pale surface beneath.
