Belt clasp, Chinese, Qing dynasty 1644–1911. 18th–19th century. Milky-white jadeite, slightly translucent with slight colloid clusters. Carving and engraving. The head is in the shape of a two-horned dragon's head with an open mouth, and the handle features a lizard. Belt buckle. Height 2.1 cm, width 12.8 cm, depth 2.2 cm. Dragons; lizards., A pale, smooth carved object with an elongated, looping form rests on a flat surface, showing a few rounded protrusions and curved, tapered ends; the object appears translucent and off-white with subtle variations in lightness. The background is a gradient from dark gray at the top to light gray near the middle and white at the bottom, and there is a soft shadow beneath the object.
