Full-sculpture carved head, engraved. 17th–18th century, China. Belt buckle; H 1.7 cm, W 9.4 cm, D 2.1 cm., A smooth, elongated pale object lying horizontally on a light surface with a gradual gray background gradient; one end tapers to a rounded tip while the opposite end features a carved decorative element with flowing curved shapes and small rounded protrusions; the object and surface show shades of white, off-white, and very light gray, with subtle shadows in darker gray beneath and behind the object.
