Decorated in the kakiemon style with a motif of the three friends of winter bamboo, plum, and pine, with a rock, plus two borders with plant motifs and floral patterns on the neck., A white ceramic bottle-shaped vessel with a long narrow neck and rounded body sits against a neutral gray background, decorated with painted floral branches and leaves in colors including blue, green, red, orange, and a touch of black; the upper neck area has blue and red decorative bands, and the body shows stylized blossoms and bamboo-like foliage with flowing blue brushstrokes and red-orange flowers, with a patterned red border near the base and a reflected image of the vessel visible on the surface beneath it.
