Decoration: Imari palette with bamboos, pines, plums Three Friends of Winter, sake motif; subject and plant ornament; Japanese ceramics., A rounded porcelain bottle with a long narrow neck sits against a neutral gray background; the bottle is primarily white with visible fine crackle in the glaze and decorated with hand-painted floral and botanical motifs in blue, orange, green, gold, and red; the shoulder and neck feature stylized floral bands in deep blue and orange with green leaves, while the body shows branches with blossoms in orange and red, leaves in green and gold highlights, and a blue horizontal band near the base; the foot has repeated leaf-like patterns in red and thin blue decorative bands.
