Ding incense burner on stand, Chinese, Qing dynasty 1644–1911. Incense censer ritual vessel, 19th century. Round wooden turned stand on five legs; sides shaped like double lotus rosette lower part without the top; upper base on foot separate. Decoration: lotus motifs, stylized hieroglyph FU happiness; iconography includes bats, fo, tiger, lotuses, one hundred antiquities baigu, meander ornament. Dimensions: incense burner height 21 cm, diameter 15 cm; base height 7.9 cm, width 18.4 cm., A low, round wooden stand with a dark brown to almost black finish sits on a reflective surface, showing a subtle reflection beneath it; the top surface is slightly concave with a central shallow depression and a few small areas where the finish is worn to a lighter brown, while the carved base features flowing, curving cutouts and scrolled feet in the same dark brown hue with some lighter brown highlights.
