Decoration: lions, Immortals, fo, lingzhi; Taoist iconography., An ornate dark metal cylindrical container with a removable domed lid topped by a sculpted animal figure, resting on three short legs; the body of the container is decorated with low-relief scenes of human and animal figures and flowing motifs, and the lid has openwork patterns beneath the sculpted topper; colors visible include dark brown, black, and subtle metallic highlights against a pale gray background.
