Cylindrical cloisonné enamel box with lid, spheroidal shape on a separate ring foot, slightly convex lid, decorated overall with multi-coloured lotus tendril ornament on a turquoise background. Foot bears a band with a curling silkworm-larva decorative motif. Rounded edge of lid, storage section, lower edge of foot, interior and bottom are gilded. Bottom bears an engraved signature made in the Qianlong era and a workshop/guild mark yue. Pair with a similar item that differs slightly in shape, height, and ornamentation. Qing dynasty, Qianlong period 18th century, China. Height 4 cm; diameter 6.7 cm. Materials: cloisonné enamel., A rounded ornamental object with a domed surface decorated in a light blue background and ornate floral and scroll patterns in gold outlines filled with colors including red, dark blue, green, purple, black, and muted beige, with a gold rim around the edge.
