Height: 37 cm., A lidded vase with a bulbous body and flared foot rendered in turquoise, blue, green, red, gold, and cream tones; the surface is decorated with a repeating maze-like pattern in blue on a turquoise ground and stylized botanical motifs including large green leaves and cream and red flower heads with blue stems; the domed lid has a wide, flat rim with ornate blue and red scrollwork and a gold finial, and a band of red scalloped decoration runs above the foot; the base and finial show metallic gold accents, and the object sits against a neutral pale gray background.
